Wristbands for concession stand workers will go home with your student on Thursday, Sept 2. Please check in on the home side regardless of which side you are scheduled to work. We ask all volunteers to be flexible on what we hope will be a really busy night! Thanks for all of your help!!!
PIT Meeting/ Away game details

Our monthly PIT Meeting is this Thursday (the last Thursday of the month) at 6:00 pm in the SEHS bandroom. ALL parents and band supporters are encouraged ot attend to see how you can help make this program better!
Thompson AWAY game Leave school-4:30 pm, we will not stop to eat. Students may bring snacks for the bus. We will use their concessions at third quarter (bring $$$). Should return around 11:30 pm.
Band Practices, Volunteers needed and More

***Band practices are currently scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday after school from 3:00-5:00 PM. On days that the band does not practice, students are released from school at 2:37 (at the end of 7th period). *** Volunteers are still needed! Mr. Ashcraft is still looking for volunteers to help build the field show props and volunteers to help during the field shows. Please contact him via e-mail at Rick Ashcraft or call the band room. *** Concession stand volunteers are still needed for ALL games. If you haven't volunteered yet, please do so. We also need someone to go to Sam's Club and Sunday Dinner during the week of home games to buy some of our merchandise. You will be given a PIT check to pay for merchandise in advance. We just need you to be able to deliver it on Thursdays @ 6:00 pm. You can volunteer for any of the games - you don't need to do this for every home game.
